This project plans to improve the company's current production environment, improve production capacity, and expand the company's network communication and network security products by establishing its own factory in Songjiang District, Shanghai, and purchasing SMT production lines and supporting equipment, testing instruments, storage equipment and software.

The scale of production will further enrich the company's business layout in the field of network communication and network security products.

In terms of the R&D center construction project, further improve the software and hardware R&D environment of a company. By purchasing advanced R&D equipment and attracting high-quality talents in the industry, the company will enhance its technical reserves in frontier fields and further promote the transformation of technological achievements. The total investment of this project is 153.51 million yuan, and the construction period is 24 months. This project plans to build a data communication system test laboratory, an optical transmission system test laboratory, a security system test laboratory, etc., equipped with advanced research and development experiments and testing equipment, centering on single-wavelength 800G+OTN/WDM systems, domestic high-performance network visualization equipment , Internet anti-fraud platform, cloud network data center switch and other research and development directions to carry out research and development activities to enhance the company's overall research and development strength and improve the company's core competitiveness.

In terms of supplementary working capital, since a company has maintained a relatively large-scale capital expenditure in the process of gradually expanding its business scale and improving its technical strength in recent years, the company needs to supplement a large amount of working capital to support future strategic development.
